About Us

For the past 25 years Modulus has been involved in various projects. Modulus does all civil work as well as housing and improvements to existing property.

We work primarily in the Pretoria and Johannesburg environment, although larger projects are handled in other cities.

We do all restoration and new projects including painting, building, dry wall work, steel works and all civil works such as roads, curbs, stormwater lines, sewer lines, electrical supply and concrete work.

We maintain high standards and completion periods. We are fixated on good service and workmanship. We give a 24 hour turnaround time for visiting and costing apartments and properties for any restoration and renovation work.

After accepting the quote, we have a turnaround time of 72 hours for basic renovations such as painting the walls and ceilings, cleaning cabinets and carpets, replacing broken lights and cabinets, repair of taps and power outlets involved.
